The Practice

Mindcheck Psychology is a psychology practice based out in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Our practice is located in Moonee Ponds (Suite 14/5 Everage Street) and is easily accessible via public transport. We offer a combination of online psychological counselling and face to face sessions. 

We help provide psychological support for a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, eating disorders, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem and emotional regulation difficulties.

Mental health treatment will be closely in line with a range of evidence-based psychological treatments. We offer 50-minute individual counselling sessions which will initially involve completing a detailed assessment that may help establish appropriate diagnosis (if relevant) and treatment goals.
